Truck leasing company Penske expands with new location at Altona, Melbourne.
The new Penske office offers up for rent a swathe of late-model Western Star and MAN prime movers. Some of these models include the MAN TGS 540, the TGS480, as well as the Western Star 5800. Recently, Penske has also started offering Freightliner Coronado models at the new Melbourne location.
“We have seen a positive response to our truck rental and leasing services since opening in August 2014,” Penske senior vice president of truck rental Don Mikes says.
“This is our second office in Australia and we anticipate opening three additional locations over the next 12 months,” Mikes adds.
As well as renting out trucks, Penske has also introduced to Australia its full-service truck leasing option, a product that it has offered to truck fleets in North America for 46 years.
