Casino truck show opens online entry forms

The 2023 North Coast Petroleum Casino Truck Show is currently accepting registrations for its 10th-anniversary event, where participants can join the truck parade, enjoy entertainment, and have the opportunity to win exciting prizes.

You can now register for the 2023 North Coast Petroleum Casino Truck Show, taking place on August 5th, with a registration fee of $30 per truck that includes competition entry and parking in the event area, and online registrants have the chance to win an impressive Engel prize pack featuring a 40-litre anniversary fridge.

Entries can be made online at the show’s website here or by registering on the day from 6am at the Casino industrial estate.

With just a month to go, the organisers say this is the chance for individuals and companies to play a central role in a great Australian and be part of its huge 10th-anniversary celebration.

It is predicted this year’s 10th-anniversary event will top last year’s numbers, which saw 375 trucks filled the main streets of Casino.

North Coast Petroleum continues to support the Casino Truck Show as naming rights sponsor, and the Casino Truck Show is proud and thankful to Mick McKinlay and his team for their unwavering support of the greatest truck show in the southern hemisphere.

The show will start at 10am with the Legendary Highway Lights truck parade. Following will be a full day of events and entertainment, including live entertainment children’s amusement rides, food, and beverage vendors, and much more.

Trophies sponsored by the Brown & Hurley Group will be presented to more than 80 winners and placegetters in 16 categories.

The premier award for the show, the Tiny Lollback Rig of the Show, comes with $1000 in prizemoney along with some unique, one-off 6061 Billet goodies, crafted by Monkey Spunk Fabrications, as well as the towering Rig of the Show trophy and the winner’s name etched on the plaque.

The TTSC Group exclusive Top Five Judged Elite Series awards each winner $500, and the Dawson’s Haulage Best Fleet Series offers $800 for first place, $600 for second and $400 for third.

Truckwriters and MasterArt Designs have teamed up to support the Best Paint trophies, while the Royans Group has come on board to deliver the Industry Pride and Passion awards – a new category for 2023.

Event Ambassador Jon Kelly, from Heavy Haulage Assets, will set the wow factor with an elaborate display of trucks. Jon has been attending the Truck Show since its inception; the organisers say that his support and promotion has been immeasurable to say the least.

There will be plenty to keep the crowd entertained with the exciting Country Mud band rocking out the tunes throughout the day, sponsored by Robuk Engineering, which also sponsors one of our new categories for 2023, the Robuk Randoms.

The Tyrepower Airtime FMX show, featuring some of Australia’s top freestyle motocross riders, will fly through the skies to round out the big day of fun.

The popular Wildlife Twins will be entertaining young and old alike with their unique show, while balloon artists, face-painters, clowns and stilt walkers will provide all-day entertainment.
