Classic trucks, tractors, cars, machinery and much more will be on show at Geelong in Victoria on January 14 and 15, 2023
The 2023 Geelong Classic Truck and Machinery Show is shaping up to be a big one this weekend (January 14 and 15) with Saturday’s warm weather expected to boost visitor numbers.
The popular show will feature a wide range of clubs focused on the restoration of machinery and trucks of the past.
Old Acco’s, Fords, Macks and much more will be on show, alongside such favourites at the Vintage Machinery section’s pavillion where more than 15 fully operational steam engines, 12 permanently installed oil engines, a 1000hp Marine Steam Engine, a Wool Scouring Machine, and a large collection of steam models will be on show.
The Show is renowned for having the biggest and best display of restored working vintage machinery and tractors in Australia and attracts people from all over this country and even quite a few enthusiasts from overseas.
For its 8th year in a row, the Vintage Tractor Pull returns to the Geelong Classic Truck and Machinery Show for 2023.
Some 70 tractors take part in this not to be missed event demonstrating the pulling power and torque of the machines that worked the land over the last 100 years.
The doors open from 9am to 4pm on Saturday at the Geelong Showgrounds at 79 Breakwater Road, Geelong. Sunday’s hours are 9am to 3pm.
Tickets are $10 for adults, and free for children under 15 years of age.
