Amongst other announcements, Isuzu used the opportunity to launch its new telematics system that was designed in Australia, and is claimed to be a “revolutionary management tool”.
Isuzu also had the FYJ 2000 8×4, which went on to win the Truck of the Show award, as decided upon by a panel of independent judges.
Finally, a 1979 Isuzu SBR truck was restored to perfect working condition and put on display to the public for the first time.
