Around two years ago Kellie had the majority of the Oligodendroglioma tumour in her brain removed, and in the two years since she’s raised money and awareness for brain cancer and tackled life head on.

In the days following her 35th birthday last month, the mother of three discovered following a routine MRI that the remaining tumour was growing aggressively.

Kellie requires special brain surgery in the USA to remove the Grade 3 Oligodendrogliomas tumour, a procedure set to cost $130,000USD.

RGM Maintenance Townsville owner Greg Jackson says the idea to partner with Fuso to help Kellie came after working with her husband Gary for the past eight years and witnessing the struggle the family has faced.

“This is a great opportunity for the community to offer support to Kellie and her family and also win a fantastic Fuso truck.”

“Kellie’s husband Gary has worked with RGM for the past eight years and in the last two years we have witnessed their ongoing fight. So we have partnered with Fuso to do all we can to help with this current battle.”

Greg thanks Fuso for supporting the fundraising effort, which will run until 28 June when Kellie will draw the winner.

Tickets can be purchased here and they are $500 each, with the raffle limited to 200 tickets.

Raffle entrants will be able to choose between select models from the Built Ready range including Fuso Canter 515 Tipper or Canter 515 Alloy Tray models, and the recommended retail value of the truck is between $53,887 and $58,884.

There is also a GoFundMe fundraiser for supporters here, who would like to help the family but are unable to purchase a raffle ticket.
