Exclusive new data reveals the trailer brands that registered increased buyer interest on Bauer Media Group’s truck classifieds network in the first half of 2020

 

The vast majority of trailer brands drew increased interest from buyers on Bauer Media Group’s truck classifieds network in the first half of 2020, exclusive new data reveals.

Almost 2,100 trailers – from A-trailers to water tankers – are currently advertised for sale across the network.

Leading the pack was South Australian-based Freightmaster, which saw enquiries jump 88 per cent in the period January 1-June 15, 2020 compared with the corresponding period of 2019 – despite searches dropping 8 per cent.

Hot on its heels were FTE (enquiries +86 per cent; searches -60 per cent), Lucar (enquiries +86 per cent; searches -218 per cent), Shephard (enquiries +71 per cent; searches -47 per cent), Tieman (enquiries +71 per cent; searches -193 per cent), O’Phee (enquiries +67 per cent; searches +100 per cent), Barker (enquiries +63 per cent; searches -87 per cent) and Tefco (enquiries +63 per cent; searches -36 per cent).

Other trailer brands to experience enquiries growth were Howard Porter (+60 per cent), Anda (+56 per cent), Bruce Rock Engineering (+50 per cent), Bullet (+50 per cent), Lusty EMS (+50 per cent), North Star (+50 per cent), Peki (+50 per cent), Tristar (+50 per cent), Moore Trailers (+38 per cent), Custom (+33 per cent) and Maxi-Cube (+33 per cent).
