Lusty EMS Previews New Lead Slider

In the lead up to the Brisbane Truck Show, Lusty EMS has released a sneak preview of their upgraded sliding lead tri-axle tipper.

The main new features of the trailer include changing to a more
lightweight body beam, as well as the addition of a new rear pin
assembly. These changes are said to increase the payload of the
trailer whilst maintaining strength, as well as aiding in the ease
of servicing.

Grant Kemp, the recently appointed National Sales Manager of Lusty EMS
and AZMEB,
said that “This is a lead trailer which will be used as part of a
B-double combination, but it is also designed to be able to be used
as part of an AB-triple combination with a market leading payload.
We achieve that through low tare weight design and years of
experience.”

Kemp says that the new design will lead to increased
profitability for the operator, thanks to its greater load carrying
capacity.

Freighter and Maxi-CUBE have also previously given a sneak peak
at what they will display at the show, showing off a rugged outback
trailer and various new refrigerated van trailers,
respectively.

These trailers and more will be on display at the Brisbane Truck Show, which will run from May 16
until May 19 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
