Mercedes-Benz Setra converted into mobile hotel

Austrian touring service Artists-Delight has converted a Mercedes-Benz bus into a luxurious "mobile hotel.”

The conversion is designed specifically to cater to musicians on tour, and includes a separated driver section for additional privacy.

“Often we can be on the road touring for up to ten weeks,” Company boss Joechen Rödinger says.

The modified Setra coach features a shower, toilet, and a total of nine sleeping berths. In the rear section, passengers can relax in a lounge area with a bar, microwave and television.

An additional design consideration was allowing for a towing capacity of 9000kg to make it easier to transport and sell merchandise.

“In addition to numerous concert tours, the Setra touring coach is also used in conjunction with a trailer for selling fan merchandise at internal motorsport events,” EvoBus Austria director Thomas Rohde says.
