Mercedes-Benz extends free servicing offer

Customers looking for a new Actros model have until July to receive free servicing for the first 500,000km

Mercedes-Benz Trucks has announced it is extending its free Actros scheduled servicing offer out till July.

Under the offer, customers who purchase a new Actros model before June 30 will receive 500,000km free scheduled servicing under its Best Basic service plan, which includes scheduled truck servicing work specified by the maintenance manual or on-board computer system.

“Our original offer of 500,000km or five years of Best Basic service coverage was so popular it made sense to offer it for longer,” Mercedes-Benz Trucks senior manager Andrew Assimo says.

“Customers can see the value of the program and also the benefits of having the servicing carried out by trained Mercedes-Benz staff using genuine parts and materials.”

Mercedes-Benz Truck and Bus director Michael May says the “Actros already represented great value, but this offer drives down running costs even further.”

“With such a generous service offer, we are making the Actros business case even stronger.”

Currently the models available under the deal, which applies to all 4×2 and 6×2 prime movers, are the Actros 1844, Actros 2644, Actros 2646, Actros 2655, and Actros 2660.
