Hino Australia is looking to boost its customer experience with the opening of an in-house car centre dedicated to national enquires.

To be based in Sydney, the new centre will handle email, phone, and social media contacts and marks a world-first for the Hino brand.

Hino Australia’s brand and franchise development general manager Bill Gillespie says the investment is part of its "Hino Advantage suite of business solutions" and "is possibly the most vital addition to our offering."

"The Customer Care Centre is more than a call centre: it is a complete support solution for all our customers and their businesses through every stage of truck ownership," he says.

"Being able to accept and respond to all enquiries within the walls of our head office represents the ongoing focus that places our customers at the centre of our operation.

"The advantage for businesses is connecting them directly to the nerve centre of Hino knowledge and the peace of mind that we have the solutions to keep them on the road for longer."

Built by local company Enfold Projects, the new centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 8pm.
