Isuzu’s Milwaukee competition winner announced

Ryan Dolan from South Australia has won Isuzu’s NLR Servicepack Milwaukee Tools competition.

Isuzu Australia (IAL) and Milwaukee Tools partnered up recently to run a competition comprising an Isuzu Ready to Work (RTW) NLR 45-150 Short Wheel Base Premium Servicepack and $10,000 worth of Milwaukee Tools.

Ryan Dolan from South Australia has been announced as the lucky winner of the total prize package with a retail value of over $80,000.

The on-line competition, announced on March 1 this year and finishing on April 30 was open to anyone over the age of 18.

Dolan’s custom-painted Servicepack in Milwaukee red with white logos comes complete with seven centrally-lockable storage compartments, a fully powder-coated steel service body, chequer-plate floor, 2500kg rated towbar and a reversing camera.

The prize also includes dealer delivery charges, on-road costs and one year of registration.

With a 4500kg GVM and over 1600kg payload capability, the truck is able to be driven on a car licence. It also comes with an automated manual transmission (AMT).

The Servicepack holds a cache of Milwaukee tools stowed in the seven LED-lit tool compartments.

IAL Trucks’ national sales manager Les Spaltman says he was delighted to pass on news of the win.

“The overwhelming response to the Servicepack competition tells us the model has everything they want by way of features and benefits, and is a genuine standout example of our pre-bodied RTW range.

“Partnering with the likes of Milwaukee tools obviously sweetened the deal for those who entered. It was clearly a much sought-after prize package, and one we’re extremely proud to have offered to our customers.”

Isuzu says the NLR Servicepack’s folded steel body construction keeps equipment secure in even the harshest conditions, while the driver also benefits from safety features such as Stability Control (IESC), Hill Assist, ASR traction control, ABS and 4-wheel disc brakes.

The 4JJ1 intercooled turbo-diesel engine puts out 110kW, with 375Nm of torque at 2800rpm.

Isuzu’s NLR 45-150 AMT short wheel base Ready to Work Servicepack was on display at the recent Brisbane Truck Show.
