Qantas and Isuzu partner for loyalty program

Qantas and Isuzu are joining forces to deliver a new loyalty program for fleet vehicle repair customers.

Isuzu Trucks has announced that trade and fleet vehicle repair customers can enjoy more benefits than ever before thanks to a new ‘Trade Mate’ loyalty program launched in conjunction with Qantas Business Rewards.

It says that customers who sign up to the program as a member can earn one Qantas Point for each dollar spent on eligible parts and accessories purchased from participating Isuzu dealerships.

Isuzu’s partnership with Qantas Business Rewards is designed for small to medium ABN business holders, providing access to member flight savings and Qantas points on business expenses.

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) national parts sales manager Joel Gledhill says the program offers excellent value for customers who are keen to keep their truck in top shape on the road.

“For more than 50 years, Isuzu Trucks has had the pleasure of supporting Australian trades and businesses,” Gledhill says.

“It’s our reliability for delivering fit-for-purpose transport solutions that has seen Isuzu claim the title as Australia’s number one truck brand for more than three decades.

“We want to reward our hard-working customers for purchasing Isuzu Truck parts and accessories with a loyalty program that will continue to help their business grow, thrive and have their trucks out there supporting their business each day.”

Qantas points earned under the program can be put towards expenses such as flights, accommodation, fuel, car hire and more. The program can also unlock extra benefits through the Qantas Business Rewards program.

Isuzu says there’s a wide range of benefits to choose from, with Qantas having more than 50 Business Rewards partners and more than 20,000 products which can be purchased with points in the Qantas Marketplace.

Gledhill says IAL is well-prepared to meet demand.

“Our dealers and ASPOs enjoy unrivalled access to Isuzu’s National Parts Distribution Centre in Melbourne,” Gledhill says.

“This means every Isuzu customer can expect speedy delivery of stock, with our huge state-of-the-art facility capable of processing more than 3,000 lines of stock every day.

“Combine this with the expertise of our highly trained and skilled technicians across Australia and the backing of the best customer support system in our industry-leading care program, I believe customers will see the true value in owning an Isuzu truck.”
