Changed traffic conditions will be in place on the Gwydir Highway between Grafton, Glen Innes and Inverell for the annual Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic on Saturday March 15.

Westbound between Grafton and Glen Innes, the road will be closed from 7am to 1:30pm between Tindal Road and Bald Nob Road and Eastbound from Glen Innes to Grafton at 5:15am to 1:30pm.
Unless specified otherwise, operators of Class 1, 2 and 3 vehicles travelling under a notice must consult their relevant enforceable network map to confirm a suitable approved alternate route.
Operators of Class 1, 2 and 3 vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in the permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the NHVR.
Cycle classic participants are expected to travel between Glen Innes and Inverell between 9:30am and 4pm along the Gwydir Highway to Dodds Lane and Elsmore Road through to Inverell.
Short delays may be experienced during this time.
