Teletrac’s new VT202 telematics device has been launched and is backed by TCA’s Level 2 Type-Approval for use in such regulatory programs like the TMA, RIM and Smart OBM.
Its enhanced Bluetooth connectivity unlocks immediate benefits as integration with OBM scales providers to streamline critical mass and load data, helping reduce manual paperwork, improve OH&S outcomes, and operate more efficiently.
Further to VT202’s release, Teletrac has announced they can offer On-Board Mass Monitoring solutions utilising Right Weigh scales via their Type-Approved VT202, representing the wireless integration of innovative transport solutions to the industry by connecting Bluetooth between the VT202 and the Right Weigh on-board scales.
The VT202 can wirelessly connect to vehicle combinations of up to 36.5m, meaning you can run up to A-Doubles with Right Weigh scales.
Teletrac declared the debut of the Multi IQ Camera at the Brisbane Truck Show, which is a next generation AI-powered video telematics solution designed for the transport industry.
The camera is a cloud-based dashcam solution that can connect up to five cameras across the vehicle in a combination of cab interior, side, rear, cargo area or undercarriage cameras alongside the built-in high-definition dual front and driver-facing dashcam.
This multi-cam format addresses truck blind spots which is a key challenge faced by trucks and large vehicle combinations.
Lastly, Teletrac Navman’s latest report in the ‘Mobilizing the Future of Fleets’ series is now available to view and focuses on energy and fleet decarbonisation.
The report focuses on sustainability, how businesses can navigate fuel costs and the transition to alternative energy.
